When this form is complete and all corrections have been made, click “Submit Inspection” on the last page of this online form within thirty (30) days to submit your inspection to the Arvada Fire Protection District. Note: If you choose not to participate in the Self Fire Inspection Program please indicate on the original form and return it to Arvada Fire Protection District. Your business will then be added back into the inspection case load to be completed by fire department personnel.
